I don't know if you remember seeing these drawings at the Margaret Lawrence Gallery a few years ago. They were done by Andrew whilst talking to an economist about how systems of exchange might become manifest in a visual form. They turned into these sprawling and somewhat banal drawings. I don't use 'banal' perjoratively. Rather, i thought the drawings had an edge that is related to the way they allow a diagramtic mapping of economic systems to reveal moments of misinterpretation, slippages and absurdism.
